“SO SICK!/SOS ICK!” is a diptych evoking doom and prosperity of the California state. The panel title “SO SICK” is tucked within the composition, making connection of word play the surrounding icons shape-shifts within their juxtaposing grid boxes, making the viewer stop to consider the variations of each panel. This piece was shown in a group exhibition, “Street Legacy: SoCal Style Masters” at California Center for the Arts, Escondido.
