Situate is a Southern California-based design firm that focuses on residential, commercial, and hospitality design. From their first serendipitous meeting as coworkers over a decade ago, Shannon Thompson and Becca Doyle have shared in the belief that design done well—far from being a surface indulgence—is really an expression of self and an opportunity for deep connection.
They gracefully navigate the design space with a minimalist and adaptive aesthetic, which we clutched onto as the overlying conceptual inspiration. The logo is a kinetic take on what the firm prides itself in: design within constraints.
Colors, patterns, typography, illustrations, stationery, and brand guidelines were delivered to create brand recognition, convey the firm’s classy, adept design sensibility, and establish brand consistency in a competitive business sector.
